Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are stating you have read and agree to the following terms:

FULL PAYMENT IS UPFRONT BEFORE I BEGIN RENDERING however exceptions can be made and I am open to discussing payment plans.
I retain the right to decline a commission and issue a refund for any circumstances including rude/hostile communication or sudden emergencies/changes in life.
You may request a refund at any point before I’ve finished. After the final product has been sent, no refunds will be issued.
Any refund requests after lining/coloring has begun will be partial. Special circumstances may be given.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial use only.
You are expected to provide references, be clear, and communicative.
You may not alter any artwork unless given permission, with exception to cropping/resizing.
You may not tamper with/or otherwise remove/cover any watermarks with exceptions for icons/banners/header cropping.
You must be over the age of 18 to ask for NSFW content. If you are a minor or refuse to provide your age, it will result in an automatic block. You will be expected to provide ID verification.
Rude, derogatory, or otherwise impolite communication will lead to your commission being cancelled, a refund if required, and being blocked.
Putting my artwork through any sort of AI generation or program will result in an automatic block.
I work a full time job, consistent pestering/messaging (more than one conversation a day) asking about your commission once I've begun sketching will result in a warning, and if continued, a refund and cancellation.

Anything I’m Uncomfortable With! I can Decline any Commission

Process

Note: I work around 40 - 50 hours a week. Commissions may take longer or shorter depending on my work load, mental health, and other circumstances.General Commission Time: 1 month

My commission process is broken into four stages:

DISCUSSION
The talking phase, we will determine what you want, what price works for you, if you'll want a payment plan, and so on. I may be slow to replying while I'm working, so please be patient.SKETCHING
NOTE: The only commission that do not include a sketch phase are sketch tier busts/headshots.I will send you a sketch for your approval, at this stage you must state any issues that need to be fixed. You are given three revisions before additional costs are added to your total.Your commission speed relies on both you and me. Failure to approve a sketch within a week of me sending it, without warning or explanation for absence, will result in your commission being put aside. Over two weeks and your commission will be cancelled.RENDERING
Before this stage can begin, payment must be made.You will receive one WIP to ensure everything is turning out well, this may be at any point in the process. In this stage you are allowed ONE free revision. Other WIPs may be sent when I am unsure about something and need confirmation.FINAL TOUCHES
Your commission is done! You are allowed ONE final free revision at this stage. A clean version will be sent to you.
